Q: What is the minimum order?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 36. The pricing structure and breaks are set at 36, 48, 72, 108, 144, 288 and 576. The more you buy, the lower the price.
Q: Why does it take so long to produce these hats?
A: All of our hats are custom made-to-order. We don’t make them until you buy them.
Q: Why do I need to prepay for my hats?
A: These are custom made just for you. We cannot sell these to anyone else but you.
Q: Can I set up a wholesale account?
A: We do have a select network of dealers and distributors. You are welcome to apply for a wholesale account. Please send us an email with your request and we will send you our application.
Q: What is the return policy of my custom hats?
A: We go through a 2 stage approval process to guarantee there are no mistakes. The 1st stage is the initial computer generated design. The 2nd stage is the production sample. Any mistakes, misspellings and color corrections should be addressed at one of these stages. If your caps arrive the way you approved them, we cannot take them back.
